Such a lovely place! Nice cabins (just like in the pictures), friendly staff, room service for any meal you want to have in your room. We had the family cabin with two separate rooms and two bathrooms (which we didn’t expect). You can rent jetskis (order upfront as they bring it from somewhere else but it was there for us within 10 minutes). Don’t hesitate to go to Guatapé though to spend time in the village and on the water. It’s so worth it!

The staff were also incredibly nice and helpful.The whole experience was peaceful and enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

The apartment has everything needed for cooking and relaxing. The wifi was excellent! Had to work a lot in video calls and the internet was spotless. The pools were great, very clean and spacious. Overall the installations and people were great. Close to the center and supermarkets although there’s a short uphill walk. There’s Tuktuks available in case one does not want to walk.

Die Lage ist unglaublich schön, man ist komplett im grünen aber trotzdem relativ nah vom nächsten Ort wo es alles gibt was man braucht. Die ruhige Atmosphäre ist extrem entspannend und es gibt einen Zugang zum Fluss wo man sich erfrischen kann. Das Essen ist auch sehr lecker!!!!

This has been one of the best experiences I have had in Colombia. An amazing place to rest and relax with great value for a lot of included services that you usually don’t find or have to pay extra ( welcome cocktail, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, beauty products and massage or horseback riding are included!) Rooms are very spacious, clean, modern, with everything you need and even more! Luxury and free snacks and amenities. Love the balcony with little private patio , very comfortable bed and bathroom. The food is delicious, fresh and with great quality and portion sizes. I loved that the main dishes were included. Breakfast has a lot of options, lunch and dinner have a special daily menu with tasty options to choose ( soup, salad, main and dessert) They also have an additional Menu and Bar (this is not included, but prices are very fair) in case you want a cocktail , a snack during the day or prefer to eat something else. The staff were exceptional, attentive and friendly. The pool area amazing , with plenty of space to rest and enjoy the sun and perfect weather. The view is stunning and makes you want to stay there the whole time, beautiful sunrise, amazing sunsets and lovely nights watching the stars. I will definitely come back and hopefully will stay longer!
