We ate all our meals at Thani and everything was awesome. The staff was very accommodating. Although there really is very little beach front we were able to access the water just a short walk away. Thani is definitely the best spot along Playa Blanca.

We spent four nights to relax at the beach after our month travelling throughout Colombia, and the people working at this hotel are really amazing. Very helpful and kind. They also helped us organizing trips to Plancton and diving. And last, but not least, the restaurant is perfect! They offer a big variance of food and everything is very tasteful. Even guests from other hotels are coming to this place for their dinner!

Gelegen in Playa Blanca, einen Katzensprung von Strand Playa Blanca, verfügt die Unterkunft Vista Linda Cabaña über eine Bar und Meerblick. We had an amazing stay at Vista Linda. We originally booked for only one night as we didn't know how we'd handle the lack of air conditioning but there is good ventilation in the cabana. We stayed for an extra night and would have stayed longer if our itinerary had allowed for it! Manuel is so kind and friendly, he was a great help in organising transport to Barú and the mangrove and plankton tours, or even just chatting and having a drink with us. Roxana is amazing, whipping up delicious food in the kitchen and keeping the place spotless. Food portions are huge and very prices for both food and drink are very reasonable. The cabana is in a good location, away from the busiest section of the beach, although be aware there are still some boats where you enter the water. We have no complaints whatsoever, everything is as described. If you are accepting of the basic facilities on offer on Barú in general you'll not have any troubles here. I doubt you'd get a better, more relaxing atmosphere for a similar price.

The presence of animals and the surrounding nature adds a wonderful touch to the overall experience. There are always very small groups of people, and at times it feels like you have the island all to yourself. The boat ride was conducted with great professionalism and care, which I deeply appreciated, especially as I was traveling with my senior parents. This level of responsibility is rare, based on my past experiences visiting neighboring islands and resorts. But above all, the customer service was OUTSTANDING . GRACIAS to every crew member, and a special shout out to Jeison, he went above and beyond to help us celebrate my husband’s birthday.
