Best part of our stay, two dinners & one lunch we had at King Jamaica restaurant, on River, where the jetty lands for the island ie 10 mts walk. superb Nile views, great Fish & succulent beef meals. No alchohol, value for money, great music.

The people working in the hotel were really kind and friendly and helped me with everything. They helped me get a trip to Abu Simbel and even packaged me a breakfast for it, because the trip started so early. The room was very quiet, peaceful and clean.

The old man, which was the owner, always had a smily face and contributed to everything we needed. The rooms had a fan in the ceiling and an air conditioner, with a bathroom that has a shower, toilet and sinky with two bars of soap. When we first entered the room, it had a very nice smell. The room contained three beds, a cupboard and a balcony. The thing that i liked ws there was wi-fi, which i couldn't believe since we were in a poor area. It was fast. Also, the view was very amazing with wide angle view of the Nile river and the beautiful greenery. In addition to this, the place was child-friendly and tge roof had a kitchen that was fully-eqquiped. When you are there, you feel the history of the Nubian culture. I really recommend going to this place if you are on a holiday with your family.

Lovely location right on the Nile and in the center of the lovely Nubian village. Our room was large and spacious and the balcony looking over the Nile was superb. It was so nice to relax there with a coffee and watch the activity.on the river. Samir the manager is very kind and helpful. The first night there was a storm and he prepared food for us to eat in our room. The second night we ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink and our Abu Simbel trip was well organised with breakfast to take with us ( and beautiful). Internet at this hotel was the best we had in our entire 14 day stay travelling in Egypt . This is a charming little hotel , beautiful traditional decor, great staff. We would stay again
