The grounds were wonderful. Always kept clean and maintained. The pool was fabulous. Big and warm and full of activity. Meals were delicious. We loved the variety and choices. The freshly grilled fish and paella were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the Egyptian meal at alidino restaurant. Our housekeeper was so nice and always there to help. He left us treats and surprises. My husband got sick and there is a fabulous doctor on site. He sent us to hospital and the resort took care of the rides back and forth. They made it so much easier. Our room was big and had everything we needed.

Das Hotel bietet eine Lage am Strand, einen großen Lagunenpool und eine luxuriöse 5-Sterne-Unterkunft im Herzen von Port Ghalib in Ägypten. Everything was good, the people working were nice and the pools and food was great. The safari was really worth it. The best activity out of everything.

The resort is gigantic, but they do have gold cars to get you around, and they are available with very kind drivers. They have 3 beaches. Two of them are rocky but you fo enjoy the sea life where you can see a lot of fish and sea creatures. I would like to thank Mr. Mostafa Osman, who made our stay special and did all his efforts to make us enjoy the stay

The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. Already at check-in, you can feel that you are welcome. You don‘t have to stand at the reception to check in; instead you are invited to take a seat on the sofa and enjoy various fresh mad fruit juices. The check-in process is very pleasant and smooth. The staff is trying to fulfil all our needs. We also like the food. In this hotel you can really relax.

This hotel is a real five stars experience. Things are smooth and seamless, and it's a perfect place to relax and unwind. You can tell there's a lot of work behind the scene, and huge attention to details, which we appreciate a lot. A special thanks to Mohamed at the reception who was efficient and helped with our requests. The shuttle is on time and very comfortable. The beach is great and ideal for snorkeling and the staff there are quite helpful and friendly, and you find plenty of space if you need a calm place. One important thing to note, the rooms are really soundproof (which you don't find in all the hotels), and the beds are comfy, so good quality sleep is guaranteed. Food quality is great and you have a good variety to choose from and it's great that you can eat outdoors with beautiful views. The pools are clean and spacious, the gym has brand new equipment, so overall the facilities are top notch.

Die Unterkunft La Casa Guest House ist direkt am Strand gelegen in Marsa Alam. Diese Unterkunft besticht durch einen Zimmerservice und bietet Gästen außerdem eine Terrasse. The La Casa team really made us feel at home and met all of our needs. Karim is a great host and prepares a DELICIOUS breakfast! The manager is very responsive and helped us organize day trips and transfers even last minute. The rooms were huge and very clean. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of Marsa Alam (15 Min walk from the center). Nothing or no one around but we felt safe. Marsa Alam is a bit of a ghost town in general so don't expect much going on - a good chance to disconnect :)
