The resort offers free WiFi in the lobby. I recently stayed at Gemma's hotel, and one of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast was excellent—rich, flavorful, and offered a wide range of options that left me more than satisfied each morning. Dinner was equally impressive, with a varied menu that catered to different tastes and provided a truly delightful dining experience. The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

Arabic and Mediterranean dishes are served in the elegant restaurant. Overlooking the beach, the Pool Deck bar offers light meals and drinks. We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a room with wonderful sea & lagoon view. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage, large TV and a super balcony. Ours had a view over the amazing private beach that surrounds the Palace hotel, over the entrance to the lagoon and all the ship entering and the desert on the other side. Unforgettable panorama at dawn (05.30h in April) and technicolor sunsets :-). Totally quiet at night. Super attentive room service; waterbottles and fruit. - The garden with the numerous large palm trees, its large lawns and its sea of flowers is meticulously kept. Fresh towels are provided daily for the pool and the beach. The very long pontoon offers fantastic views for everybody. Snorkeling is possible from there or on a large portion of the beach. Colourful fish everywhere. Highly recommended scuba diving center is right near the Palace Pickalbatros with lessons and excursions. - We loved the food, especially the egyptian and the indian dishes. We started our days with omelettes, pancakes freshly made for breakfast, incredible goyavas fresh and pressed. -The entrance to the Palace Pickalbatros hotel is truly majestic, as is the large lobby and the bar with its terrace overlooking the artificial lagoon of the neighboring hotel . - All staff in the amazing Palace Pickalbatros hotel are very well trained and respectful. They work really hard to make guests feel at home and pampered. A big thanks and congratulations to the manager, Mr Mina for the amazing job.

Staff was very attentive, polite, and exerting their utmost efforts satisfying all guests.

The chefs and staff deserve high praise for their hard work and creativity. Despite the minor issues, we were thrilled with the complimentary upgrade provided for our comfort, especially with our baby. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, our experience at Sunrise Anjum Hotel was fantastic, and we look forward to returning in the future. Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort features a private beach area, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Marsa Alam City. With a garden, the 5-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. There is free private parking and the property offers free airport shuttle service. The accommodation was truly stunning. We got upgraded to a premium room and the room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a large TV and great WiFi. (The TV didn’t connect to the internet properly for apps but we just watched the channels). The shower was a huge rain shower. There was a terrace which had lovely views of the sunrise. The food selection in the restaurants was amazing. The drinks and the cocktails were also great. There were 10 or so pools which were all great. The beach was also lovely and there was an area for snorkelling. The hotel is not quite finished so not everything was open yet, but what’s open already was more than fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived it was just before the end of lunchtime, and they took us straight to one of the restaurants on a golf cart so that we could eat before we got to our room. We got food poisoning shortly after arriving here (not sure from where) but the staff arranged free transfer to the next resort over where we went to the doctor and the driver waited for us for almost two hours when we were receiving care. (I think there will be a clinic on site but this hadn’t opened yet)

Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

My whole experience since the beginning till my last day surpassed all my expectations. Mishu, Omar and Mahmoud are trully the best. They make you feel at home and tailored every need and requirement you may have. They did everything and more so you can enjoy the most of Marsa Alam. Mishu, the owner of the place, truly loves and puts hard work and passion in what he does and it shows in every detail. A new word should be invented to describe the level of hospitality and wormth experienced while you stay at La Casa. Definitely, I will come back and recommend to everyone who wants to experience Marsa Alam in a deeper level to stay at La Casa.
