The food & service was noticeably better than when we stayed in the Royal Suite in April 2024.

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. The resort offers free WiFi in the lobby. My friends and I spent 5 phenomenal days at Gemma. Everything was perfect, from the receptionist, waiters, waiters, animators... The food was more than excellent, varied, the selection was phenomenal. This is our 5th time in Egypt and I can say that this is the hotel with the best food and service. Super friendly, unobtrusive staff really made us feel at home. Unforgettable experience, and Gemma resort will remain in our wonderful memories.

Arabic and Mediterranean dishes are served in the elegant restaurant. Overlooking the beach, the Pool Deck bar offers light meals and drinks. Security was attentive to their duties. The cafeteria servers were quick on the cleanup and removal of your dishes. Sometimes they were too fast. Plenty of food and the facility was well taken care of.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the Red Sea. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making every effort to ensure my comfort. The food was varied and delicious, with something to suit every taste. The resort’s facilities, including the pool and private beach, were top-notch, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and fun.

This hotel is a real five stars experience. Things are smooth and seamless, and it's a perfect place to relax and unwind. You can tell there's a lot of work behind the scene, and huge attention to details, which we appreciate a lot. A special thanks to Mohamed at the reception who was efficient and helped with our requests. The shuttle is on time and very comfortable. The beach is great and ideal for snorkeling and the staff there are quite helpful and friendly, and you find plenty of space if you need a calm place. One important thing to note, the rooms are really soundproof (which you don't find in all the hotels), and the beds are comfy, so good quality sleep is guaranteed. Food quality is great and you have a good variety to choose from and it's great that you can eat outdoors with beautiful views. The pools are clean and spacious, the gym has brand new equipment, so overall the facilities are top notch.

Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

Its a very authentic place with an amazing and very relaxed atmosphere :)
