Nice large, clean, comfortable rooms and bathroom. The hotel has all the amenities you could need, we had breakfast included which had a variety of options for everyone. Best part is to enjoy the sunset by the pool overlooking the Atlantic.

The apartments have an amazing view of the whole village, the ocean and the Los Gigantes cliffs. The sunsets are beautiful. It is located on top of the hill so if you are not in good walking shape, it could be challenging. Pool area is great and the staff in the snackbar very friendly. My wifi did not work in the apartment, the gentleman at the front desk sent somebody right away next morning, we tried to fix it together as we could not figure out what the issue was. He went and got a new router, installed it and it worked perfectly after that. Very helpful staff.

The garden is so beautiful and the pools in the spa are amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurants at the hotel are pricey and not that good but there are very good restaurants close by. I have to recommend Da Arianna, we had dinner there several times - very good italian food and good service.

Excellent location, just off the Plaza del Charco, which is the centre of Puerto de La Cruz and surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants and cafes.
