The breakfast is 9.50 per day and is a buffet breakfast including yoghurts, drinks, fruit, bread, cereal and pastries. The staff are very friendly and helpful- parking is free. They also provide beach equipment and other additional touches. A hidden gem. A tranquil escape.

Just 170 metres from the train station and within proximity to bus stops, the property is ideally located for visiting the Côte d’Azur. What is more, you can reach the port and beach by foot in just 5-10 minutes. Beautiful small hotel overlooking the local plaza. Even though the morning market and the late afternoon carousel for the children were overlooked by our window it was still very quiet in the room. The staff were exceptional and helpful, and gave good recommendations for sightseeing. Bus to Monaco and Eze was easy. Beaulieu Sur Mer is a beautiful small town and I highly recommend the hotel and the town. I would love to return to both.

Located next to Jean-Médecin, the main shopping street in Nice, Hôtel Du Centre, un hôtel AMMI is just a 5-minute walk from Nice-Ville Train Station, and a 15-minute walk from both the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The location was excellent—just a 5-minute walk from both the main train station and the beach. The room was very clean with nice beds and a lovely view of the Notre-Dame Cathedral.
