Staff service was exceptional, they were so helpful in getting us to the parking, through the check in to the rooms, and always with a smile! The room was great, spacious and with a massive tv. Great location too.

Extremely convenient location for Bidart beach and Biarritz was just a short drive. At the rear of the hotel you find a beautiful walk suitable for dogs even though when we visited in April we could take the dog for a paddle without any restrictions. A superb minimalist but trendy hotel.

Great hosts that made our stay very personal. The room had everything we needed, it was clean, warm and spacious. Breakfast was exceptional - everything fresh, home-made and from local products. The hosts gave us some really useful tips. We really enjoyed our stay.

Claudine was most courteous and helpful. The chalet was spotless and had all amenities described. The area is quieter - away from the more ‘touristy’ area of Arcachon. Very peaceful.
