In the heart of Birmingham, City bed with view has city views from the terrace. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge.
All units feature air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. There is also a fridge, kitchenware and a kettle. At the guest house, the units include bed linen and towels.
Booked this accommodation for a member of staff, upon arrival unable to gain access to property, unable to get through to owner but spoke to someone coming out of property and they advised a fob was needed so had no choice but to book another accommodation, on trying to obtain a refund from Owner/booking.com I had no reply from owner and Booking.com advised that they were unable to help due to our office not calling until a couple of days after the booking was made and advised we should of called prior to our check in, how does this make sense

Perfect location within walking distance to Grand Central! Staff were all very lovely and organised a taxi for the early morning. Very clean and gorgeous rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful room and hallways. Very clean and well presented. Everything I needed. Got an exceptional night sleep. Perfect location for going out on the town. Well maintained and comfortable room. Surrounded by beautiful historical buildings. Weather was hot but found a handy bedside fan to keep me cool. Windows could be fully opened (see photo) which was a huge bonus compared to other hotels I've been to. This made for a fresh smelling and well ventilated space. Will stay again! Keep doing what you do, castle yard!

I know the hotel from 41 years ago when I was studying at Aston University. Actually my dad who Was Architect had pointed out that the marble in the lobby in the lobby is from Greece, from a seaside area called Varkiza. That was 1982, so I knew where I was booking.
