Rooms are great and really nice location in the village/close to the port. The best part for me was the hospitality by the host Mira Mare . She’s so sweet and will take her time to bake , make coffee and offer you so many treats while staying with her . She taught me a lot about the island of Lipsi and become a true friend for me . The apartment with a patio and sea views features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with an a bath or shower. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. This apartment is non-smoking and soundproof. Everything was excellent! The hosts met us at the port and took us and our bags to the room, which is a 10-minute walk from the port. The hosts were wonderful people, very helpful and positive. They gave us tips on the island; how to go around, beaches, restaurants, etc. The house had everything we needed and more, including treats of local delicacies that the hosts had left. The place is brand new and well taken care of with nice design and comfortable furniture. One of the largest festivals of the summer was taking place very close to the house, but the doors and windows were soundproof that we were able to sleep very well. Even though the room is at ground level it lends to one of the best sunsets on the island with beautiful colors and a great view of the port/marina. We loved our time at Thalassea and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Lipsi.

It is situated 1.8 km from Katsadia Beach and features private check-in and check-out. We have been visiting Lipsi for many years and stayed in a range of accommodation Casa Bianca is undoubtedly the nicest place we have stayed. It is a newly restored old house which has been renovated and remodelled to a high standard. The space is not that large, probably best for a sole traveller or a couple not a family, but it is set out well with a full kitchen/living area and a raised bed (the base of which incorporates a pop up TV!). There is a small balcony with views out over the port, a table, a couple of chairs and bean bags.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay in Lipsi. The apartment was just a short walk to the centre of Lipsi.

We had the fortune of being the first guests at Villa Baldin and what an unforgettable experience it was. We were welcomed with a basket full of their own fresh produce, which tasted delicious. The property is immaculate and made with a lot of attention to detail and impeccable taste. We loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen is sleek and is equipped with everything you could imagine. The view over chochlakoura cove is to die for - also at night when the stars come out. Crystal clear waters that you can comfortably access through the private beach. Tommaso is a great host, super responsive and accommodating. All in all, Villa Baldin for us was like paradise, we will definitely be back!
