The staff were warm and friendly, and our room was clean, comfortable, and refreshed daily with fresh towels. Free water at the front desk was a thoughtful touch. One of the standout features is The Pantry, located right on the property. The food is absolutely phenomenal, and their coffee is amazing—easily some of the best I’ve had on a trip. This hotel is the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Grotta Hotel is situated on a beautiful hillside, overlooking Naxos Town, yet only a short walk from the beach.

Guests can enjoy a generous breakfast served in the sunny breakfast room, a drink at the sitting area and stunning views at the spacious veranda, which overlooks the sea. The whole hotel was super clean at all times, the cleaning ladies were doing an exceptional job. We had fresh towels and bed sheets everyday!!! On top of that we had a different cake waiting for us in our room everyday! The staff were always smiling and eager to help us whenever we needed something. We got driven from the port to the hotel on the way there and we also got a drive to the port when we were leaving, all free of charge. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and we enjoyed it everyday while eating breakfast on the terrace. The hotel was in a quiet area, so we could get enough sleep every night. At the same time, it was just a few minutes down the road to the main promenade with all the shops and restaurants. I definitely want to come back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone who is considering coming to Naxos. Efcharistó and yassas!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The location is perfect, right at the top center of the village, just a 2 min walk from Naxos Castle. A special thank you to Katerina, ourwonderful host, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She even drove us by car during an emergency for my wife something we deeply appreciated. Her hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naxos!

It is located 100 metres from Agios Prokopios Beach and provides luggage storage space. Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the aparthotel is soundproof and features a hot tub. The location is perfect, the bed was comfy and the room was clean. The host was very helpful with tips for the island. Beach towels, beach games and a parasol provided too.

The room was very spacious, extremely well decorated, the bathroom was great too, everything looked now, flawless taste, and it was just so so comfortable, that even not having a view didn't matter. Would 1000% recommend staying there.

Fantastic location, just at the fantastic and quite beach, but close to restaurants, shops. The apartment was very new and nice, the seaview and the terrace was just fantastic. Absolutely stunning hotel with incredible sunset views, friendly staff, a very cool laid back ambiance. Saturday Sunset DJ party was great. The pool always had sun loungers available and our room was perfectly located. Food was delicious - staff attentive - I can highly recommend this hotel. Kittens at dinner and breakfast are super cute too!!!
