Die Unterkunft Mundo Abu San Juan La laguna, von der aus Vulkan Atitlán in 26 km erreichbar ist, bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit Parkettböden, einem Fitnesscenter, einem Garten und einem eigenen... Es war einer der schönsten Orte auf meiner bisherigen Reise… Alles war super und ein sehr toller Vibe.. das Personal war super nett, als würde man in einer Wohngemeinschaft leben… Danke… es war unvergesslich…

Julio and his family were very accomodating and polite to let us stay in their home. The breakfasts were tasty and filling.

The breakfast supplies were a great start on our first morning there. Plenty of eggs, black beans, and bread. And lots of coffee supplies and orange juice.

The view at this property is genuinely unparalleled with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the volcanoes. The balcony is framed in stunning honeysuckle and tropical flowers that bring hummingbirds right next to you and this is the closest thing to being in nature while still benefitting from the creature comforts of an indoor stay. We didn’t want to move from the chaise beds in front of the window- particularly because the hosts considered and provided so many thoughtful details to enhance the experience (like delicious fluffy bathrobes to enjoy as we drank our morning coffee looking out over Lake Atitlán). We appreciated the yoga mats and the open floor plan that allowed us to do some Barre3 in front of the view with the doors open to bring in the breeze. Even the lighting was extraordinarily thoughtful- with multicolored LEDs enhancing the foliage at night and sound activated lighting that really created some awesome ambiance. And, the host was truly wonderful too, allowing us a later check out so we could properly pack up before our afternoon tour plans in San Juan La Laguna. This was a tremendous value and such an awesome place- we were sad to leave and would stay there again in a hot second when we get to return to San Marcos.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum und das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten und die Anlage ist extrem gepflegt und wunderschön. Die schönste Unterkunft auf all unseren Reisen. Viele Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

Die Atitlan Sunset Lodge Apartments liegen am Ufer des Sees Atitlan in Santa Cruz La Laguna und bieten eine hervorragende Aussicht auf den Vulkan. Every room is unique and special. We were lucky enough to be able to stay in two different rooms and both were great with amazing views of the lake and of course the sunset. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant was first rate. The hot tub overlooking the lake was a prefect spot to take in the sunset and the sauna was also a real treat.

Die Unterkunft Casa Juanita ist gelegen in Santa Cruz La Laguna. Einige Wohneinheiten verfügen über eine Terrasse und/oder einen Balkon mit Stadtblick. We had a great stay here. Hosts were very friendly and courteous and always available for our questions. The bed was very comfy. Wifi was super strong, there was hot water and a fan for ventilation as our room didn't have a window that opened so it did get hot. The kitchen had everything you needed in it too. Located in the middle of the small Santa Cruz town.

Breath taking spot on the lake with an insane view. Comfortable bed, great hammock to chill in, has a kitchen, shower with hot water, and a beautiful walk to get to the residence. Quiet and peaceful. Great wifi. Nothing more you could want or ask for. Book it.

You often feel a little uncertain when something is new on booking.com as there isn't many reviews yet, but this place exceeded expectations!  We arrived quite early but Esteban came and collected us from the dock and let us check in early.

Die Unterkunft Tierra de la Aurora mit Bergblick in San Marcos La Laguna bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten, einem eigenen Strandbereich und einer Terrasse. Loved the location of the homestay, the design and the food baskets. Fantastic view of the lake and surrounding area. The host was very responsive and helpful. The homestay is in a more isolated area, has a few steps to climb and there are no shops / restaurants in the area (all of which are clearly stated in the description). If you're ok with this, you will definitely not regret booking!
