The receptionist/administrators were extremely helpful and nice, they also operate a cellar/wine shop stocked with great wine that we also appreciated. Hvar Hrad is a city of stairs and the entrance to this property is no exception; you'll have to conquer a couple of steep stairways on the way to the flats, take it in mind especially when equipped with heavy luggage.
