Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend und das in allen Bereichen. Wir hatten Spaß bei unserem Kochkurs, konnten im Wellness-Center entspannen und das leckere Essen in den Restaurants machte den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis. Besonders hat uns die kleine Überraschung des Teams vom Pantai-Restaurant an unserem letzten Abend gefreut.

Sehr schön renovierte geräumige Zimmer, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

The entire layout and furnishing of the apartment is thoughtful and well-planned. The photos really do not do justice. The actual apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is suitable for both short and long-term stay and good for solo or couple travellers to Batam. Check-in was really smooth. We simply collected the keys from the security guard who proceeded to take a photo of the passport details. You do not need to bring soap, shampoo and towels when you stay at this apartment but you might need to bring a hairdryer if you require it. I was not able to find a hairdryer in the apartment.

Die Unterkunft Nongsa Village Peaceful Villa in private beach Resort mit Gartenblick in Nongsa bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Außenpool, einem Garten, einem eigenen Strandbereich, einer... everything was great about the villa, the owner is very nice and helpful, everything was very very great except the lady at receptionist and the rules that say we cant use the pool at night, which is when we came last year, its not a problem
