The staff was very kind, they helped us book a late night taxi to the airport and were always there to cover our needs. The room was clean and had everything needed during the stay. The room was very clean, cozy, and modern, and the building itself was beautiful and new. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before the official check-in time. We really appreciated the small kitchen, which was very convenient for preparing meals for our child. The location was quiet yet very convenient – close to a large supermarket, bakeries, cafés, and just a short walk from the sea. Every morning, the hosts restocked water, coffee, juice, cola, and cookies, which was a lovely touch. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Palazzo Pisani to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location in Bari!
