We had a wonderful stay. Super location, closed to the Tori and the aquarium. Comfortable big room, with tatami. The breakfast and dinner ere amazing! They welcomed us with a cup of macha tea, and provided us with yukata to wear. The bath are also superb, both private and public pools. The private bath has an wonderful view of the beach side

The room was very clean and big. It was a traditional style with tatami. Very nice for the first experience. The hotel is located in front of the beach and we had a partial view to the ocean. We were able to leave the luggages before the check in.

Perfect location, 5 min by foot from the ferry terminal in Miyajima and 5 min from the famous shrine. The staff was very nice. We got a Japanese-sttle room with tatami, tea table, cute kimono pyjamas and a small private bathroom. The view was great on both the seaside and mountain, though we had booked only a mountain view. There's also a public bath.

Hotel is by the seaside and has good view from the room. A bit far from town but shuttle was readily available from tourist information center. Staff was extremely nice and polite throughout the stay and food was delicious!

- the seaside view was unbeatable - free shuttle bus to and from hotel and port - concierge staff were very friendly and helpful, they treated us with a lot of care. They helped take our bags and take care of our shoes - quite proficient in english - hotel is very peaceful and quiet - public onsen and other facilities - eg. vending machine, karaoke, table tennis, lounge chairs, sofas - bedding was very comfortable

exceptional service (staff emailed to ask about our dietary restrictions), clean and cosy room, delicious food and love the onsen. Shuttle bus was provided to fetch us to the hotel from port and from hotel back to the port. Awesome seaside view from room.

We loved the experience at the Miyajima Seaside Hotel . The staff were amazing and very accommodating. I do not eat a lot of fish, and the staff swapped the menu around to include more meat for me. We found the futons to be comfortable, and the onsen was good

The staff is so friendly that you feel to be at home. Many people will be even be treated better her than at home :-) Private Beach , private transport, bikes available , quiet, nice , big rooms, … We came for the second time and it will not be the last one. We took half board again. It is worth it.

The staff at Miyajima Seaside Hotel are incredible, starting from the very first moment we were picked up in the shuttle bus at the ferry port. The rooms are exactly like the pictures and very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast included and it did not disappoint. Overall a great experience we would recommend.
