The smart tv was actually working and didn't buffer while we watched a movie. Location wise also good you will be able to see local life if you roam around a bit. Bathroom had all amenities and clean. You can also purchase souvenir near the reception area and prices are reasonable got a ship from them.

I never had to use the AC because such a nice breeze came through the windows. The flat had lots of natural light and was comfortable, quiet, and private. I felt quite safe. The bonus was the washing machine. There was a grocery store and ATM only 3 minutes walk away. Best of all, the Caspian Sea was a mere 5-minute walk from the flat.

There’s a mall, grocery store, pharmacy, and great burger shop within a block, and the beach is 5 minutes away walking. What else could you want? Total hidden gem.
