You’ll also find an excellent restaurant in the lobby, where the friendly and kind Prabha will greet you with cheer and supervise your meal with four-star attention. So you can choose whether to wander into town or just enjoy all of the amenities without leaving the hotel. I was so happy here! Enjoy!

I booked Swanee Grand for one night after my midnight arrival from Australia. I had earlier in the year stayed at a 4 star hotel by the beach in Negombo, part of a large Sri Lankaen chain for the night after my arrival. This stay at the Swanee was so much more beautiful. We were awaited by the lovely staff with welcome drinks at 1am. The grounds are beautifully maintained, we had the swimming pool to ourselves the next morning. The property is colonial style with a really nice feel to it. The rooms were very well looked after and clean. It is a little oasis when you drive through the gate while so close to the airport. Perfect start to my second trip to Sri Lanka, I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to the team there! I will certainly book again for my next visit.

Ein tolles Guesthouse ideal zum Ankommen nach einem langen Flug. Sehr schön und gepflegt, die Zimmer waren sauber und schön. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir Tee auf der Terasse. Der Besitzer war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Apartment liegt sehr nah an der Main Street mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés.

Von der in Negombo gelegenen Unterkunft Kingz Kottage aus erreichen Sie innerhalb von 900 m Strand Negombo Beach und innerhalb von 1,9 km St. Anthony’s Shrine. Large clean comfortable bedroom and large clean bathroom, large floor to ceiling windows, with so many little extras - fresh juice in chilled glass on arrival - delicious. The a/c was turned on prior to my arrival, so room was cool when I arrived. Quiet a/c, the quietest a/c I encountered in 3 weeks 🙌 The pictures are accurate including the fancy arranged towels! So many guest houses show fancy towel animals and colorful decorations, this was the only one out of 9, where the picture matched the bedding. The staff is amazing! Great to have a fridge/freezer for cold drinks 🙌There is a towel rack, tons of storage shelf’s, Tv, good pillows & WiFi, parking, lots of towels, wash cloth’s, toothbrush, bedside light, ceiling fan, shampoo/shower gel/lotion/hairdryer, and large pool towels, full kitchen (let them cook for you instead). Pool is clean, great way to cool off, water warm. Host is always fast/easily reachable. Peaceful, quiet, and private. The house is shared by 3 guest rooms - the hosts live in the house next door, on the other side of large brick wall. Delicious natural/homemade breakfast & dinner, much better than in town; way more food than you can eat. Nice to come back after day of exploring to a delicious meal prepared. Kind, peaceful, attentive, accommodating host, that lets you know your business is appreciated! Too many good things to even list it all. I didn’t want to leave. After booking one night, I had to come back and stay 2 more nights for a total of 3. It’s just that relaxing. I broke a glass and asked for broom, but they wouldn’t let me clean it. when I offered to pay for it, host said no, you are our guest. 🤗 I never asked, the host just offered to let me stay on property & use pool after my check out until my flight. All around amazing stay and experience. I am so blessed to have had the chance to stay here.

We came late at wetland resort they have made a nice welcome for us ,morning we have a nice breakfast and a nice little guy name silva was their for us all time ,he always help us anytime we wanted ..the owner where really amaizing person ,the lady was really amaizing well-done thanks again for the great tasty food that we eat really nice the devilled pork i recommend it.we do enjoy so much their and the pool was a breathtaking and medium hot woow you can stay the whole day night too woow..it was a pleasure staying with you and see you back really soon ..we grade you 2000%. A+. A+.

During a three week trip in Sri Lanka, I stayed in properties with at least 9 rating on booking.com. This was easily the best of these, which means it was very good. The apartment is a luxury condo with a great view, something like this would be $400 a night on Miami Beach. And it has all the right touches and amenities to be up to top Western standards. The service by Camilas is better than what you get in a 5-star Western hotel, for example I was worried about an airport transfer in the middle of the night, so he drove me himself in his own car as a courtesy. That's just his level of thoughtful service. This is the best of the best for my trip in Sri Lanka.
