They repeatedly went out of their way to make sure we had the best possible experience. The amazing staff really made this hotel stand apart from others.

This luxury tented camp is situated where the jungle meets a pristine beach, overlooking the blue waters of the Indian Ocean. Amazing property. Despite its high price the value for money was exceptional.

Featuring a balcony with garden views, a private beach area and a garden, Beach Bungalow Yala can be found in Kirinda, close to Kirinda Beach and 14 km from Tissa Wewa. The property features sea views and is 24 km from Bundala Bird Sanctuary and 31 km from Situlpawwa. The campground has a fitness room, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The accommodation at Beach Bungalow Yala in Kirinda was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The room was very spacious and included a bathroom. The bed was huge and we had a very nice terrace. The best thing is the surroundings – the garden next to the beach – and the super friendly staff. Kirinda in general is very nice and peaceful.

Situated in Kirinda, close to Nidangala Beach, Garnet Yala Beach features accommodation with garden, bike hire, a private beach area, a terrace and a restaurant. Boasting free private parking, the lodge is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, fishing and cycling. The property was very clean and colourful and was in a great location. It was near to 4 national parks and next to the beach. The property was very natural and a perfect place to relax after a few days travelling around Sri Lanka.

This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the children's playground, or enjoy views of the pool and garden. If you want to feel like a queen or a king, this is the right place, thanks to Shehan: lots of knowledge to share, and things to show. Moreover he is really an exceptional chef. We are very grateful !

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. Stunning property, gorgeous rooms and beautiful pool. Superb staff and very well maintained overall.

Treasure Rock, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Kirinda, a few steps from Nidangala Beach, 15 km from Tissa Wewa, as well as 24 km from Bundala Bird Sanctuary. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. I did not stay here while in Kirinda due to limited space (the owner and I connected on Whatsapp and he helped in finding me another property nearby) but most of the people in my group did. I wanted to write a review based on my experience with the property and the communication with the host when they realized that they were double booked. We had dinner for 16 there and it was amazing. The Host family is great and the property is in an amazing location. My friends that stayed there loved it. It’s a little bit more expensive than some of the other options but from what I could see it’s worth it!

It is designed to echo the local architecture harmonizing with the jungle environment. Fabulous setting. With very friendly staff. With booking.com you get a daily safari included whilst the tour operators often book 2 per day. Be aware if you cancel you loose the tour which we weren’t aware of and as it was raining heavily we cancelled but as weren’t aware of the policy they did reinstate the tour. Food is lovely and don’t miss sundowners on the beach.

Oasis far from the crowds. Exceptionally beautiful. Aura of peace amidst pristine nature. Seascape is dramatic. Service is superior. Food is excellent.
