This place was simply the best, thanks to its superb stuff!! We weren't so easy customers: my kid's very selective about what she eats, we had to leave after 6 in the morning, my backpack's strap went loose... Yet they did everything to make up something for my kid to eat, fastened the loosened starp (it needed altogether three from the staff to try that before the success!), and made the perfect, delicious breakfast at 6 AM before we left back to the ferry. And the whole time they were polite, funny, talkative and warm hearted! So, if you are looking for a place where the customer service exceeds the expectations and even more!! this is your place! On the top of everything the view from the terrace was simply breathtaking. I can warmly recommend this place to everyone, and we will come back for sure the next time we will visit the beautiful Tangier Ville!

The best stay I’ve had in Morocco for service, hygiene, and food. Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. The extra sitting room is spacious for luggage. The room even had a Quran and prayer mat. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely return!

A special highlight of my stay was the surprise upgrade to a marina view room, which was a wonderful gesture and truly enhanced my experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. Waking up to the stunning view of the marina each morning was a treat, and it made my time there even more memorable. The service throughout my stay was impeccable. The team at Marina Bay City Center went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness were evident in every interaction. A beautiful stay at a beautiful riad in the kasbah in Tangier. We had an incredible room. We were greeted the first day with delicious Moroccan tea at the terrace. We highly recommend this riad, and hope to come back soon.

Tangier Ibn Battuta Airport is 12 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. One of the best places I have stayed in, and it helped ensure that Tangier was my favorite stop in Morocco. The location is unbeatable and the staff are simply the loveliest, kindest people. Breakfast (and welcome tea and snacks) were incredible. Anything you needed was organised and at a great price - they even arranged me a round trip taxi to Ceuta the night before and a taxi to the bus station at short notice. Very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated room, kitchen access and spotlessly clean bathroom. They refused to let me pay for a load of laundry. Thank you for everything!
