The breakfast is a help yourself breakfast to bread, cereal and jams. The room was very clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. Loved the location, overall a very pleasant stay :)

Villa abuts the ocean; you wake up to the sound of crashing waves right outside. Private swimming pool offers refreshing reprieve from the hot days, and romantic hangout on evenings. In-unit washer is a great help. The villa is one of several in the complex. While we were there, the occupancy rate was very low, and we practically had the place all to ourselves. Facing the ocean means you get unobstructed view of the daily spectacle of sunsets. During low tides when the ocean front is accessible, the entire beach (quite flat out into the water) is for our enjoyment.

After a flight delay that had us checking in at 5am, they made sure we were looked after and comfortable. The room was lovely and exceeded our expectations.

Sie bietet kostenloses WLAN.... Perfect location I stayed in the AJ Residence and also the AC Residence, both in the same area, identical rooms and comfort. Very confortable and nicely decorated room. I appreciated the fridge, the electric rolling shutter with remote control, the modern lighting with sensitive switchers. And above all: the most proactive and responsive communication with a residence’s manager I’ve ever had. Really worth the price.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und hatte eine hochwertige Ausstattung, ebenso das Badezimmer. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hat uns ein kostenloses Upgrade gegeben. Alles war sauber und die Lage war top. Leider hatten wir nur eine Nacht in KK geplant, sonst wären wir gerne länger in dieser tollen Unterkunft geblieben. 100% Weiterempfehlung!

There are plenty of bathrooms, you can always find your spot when you need it, it's super clean and the hot shower works perfectly. Whenever you want you can feel free to make yourself a coffee or a nice tea, they have a fully equipped kitchen and a fridge where you can store your goods. You have some dirty clothes? No worries, the washer and dryer are also there! But let's dive into the best feature, the staff. They are ALWAYS available and kind, ready to guide you through all the places and tours in the area; everything can be booked by the hostel thus guaranteeing you reliability and relaxation. For the smoker friends, the hostel come with a cozy smoking area. In sum, stop looking further, book this amazing place!

The beauty of the place,even the details with the planting of flowers and plants. Food was very good. Very kind staff. Everything day, a man cleans the beach! So ok there is just electricity between 5 pm and 9 pm , but it is written in the description ! So why complain after?! We loved it there! Great atmosphere ! Not for people looking for a five star resort! But for simple people who want to enjoy nature.

We stayed in the Double Room, which was very comfortable and equipped with a fan—perfect for keeping cool at night. All the essentials are available on-site, including kayak and snorkeling gear rentals, which made exploring the area super convenient. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the food. Sook Peng, Fred’s wife, is not only an incredible cook but also a truly warm and welcoming person. Sharing meals with her was a joy, and her cooking made every meal memorable. There are also cozy hammocks for relaxing, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind. We couldn't recommend this place more highly—it's a rare gem built with heart and purpose. Oh, I was almost forgetting, both land and transport are organized by the Fred and Sook Peng and everything went super smooth! Terima kasih Fred and Sook Peng!
