I fell in love with the property immediately with the antiques and warm farmhouse feel. It had all the amenities and was up-to-date in every way including reliable wi-fi. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great sleep. The breakfast was amazing with all of the wonderfully fresh, hand-prepared selections and the lovely note card to start the day positively! The outdoor lounge area had beautiful views and inviting lights as night set in. Margarete was the kindest person and full of interesting information as well as an amazing host, baker and chef. I wish I could have stayed much longer!

Suoermarket and restaurants (including take-out) in close vicinity, city accesssible with public transport from nearby stop. Host was very kind and responsive.

I highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing setting in the middle of nature. As for the owners, you can hardly meet someone nicer and more attentive to their guests’ needs.

The guest house is wonderfully located on a hill side with an awesome view over the fjord. It is very quite und idyllic. We were very warmly welcomed. The house itself has a nice atmosphere, plenty of space and everything you need for a great vacation.

The view was amazing, still think about it. The apartment was very stylish yet comfortable. The beds and sheets felt almost like when staying in a luxury hotel. Great shower and the water is so clean one feels one doesn't need soap. The hostess is very kind and meets you in person. There is also the possibility of using their rowing boat for fishing which we did and ended up with cod for dinner! The small supermarket just down the road actually has a very good selection given its size and even a small gluten free section. We hope to stay there again in the future.

We had a lovely welcome. The property is beautiful with amazing views and so quiet too. The cottage is so well appointed and has everything you need. The breakfast was fantastic.

Accueil très chaleureux de la maîtresse des lieux, qui nous a décrit les attractions à voir avec précision et surtout qui nous avait allumé le poêle à bois à cause du mauvais temps ce 1er juillet ! Le chalet était équipé de tout le confort et décoré avec raffinement avec beaucoup d'objets anciens. L'emplacement au bord du lac mais peu éloigné de la ville est somptueux et idéal pour ceux qui aiment le calme. Mon seul regret : n'y être resté qu'un jour.
