Two Palms ligt in Gisborne, op 4 minuten lopen van Waikanae Beach en minder dan 1 km van Midway Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Such a quaint little stay. Unfortunately there for a Tangi and last minute decision to not drive tired. Absolutely loved loved loved the beds and pillows, so much so, I had to come home and buy that mattress. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The Host Nic was very courteous and accommodating your every need (next time I'll make sure to include some preferences and read the compendium haha) . Above and beyond service. Great breakfast, refreshments and well equipped little kitchenette. It was located on the Road where I first lived in Gisborne, right opposite my old school Awapuni school. Great off street parking, and I noticed you can also charge an electric car there for all the electric car owners. Close to the beach (went for a metal detect) close to town and very quiet. I am defintely going to recommend to others who visit Gisborne. It was very nostalgic for me and bought back so many memories after being away a good 29 years. Super chuffed with my stay. PS. I now know how to use a smart TV as well :)

Ocean Beach Motel offers comfortable accommodation in Wainui Beach, just 5 minutes’ drive from the Gisborne city centre. It felt like a home away from home — so cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing, especially Caroline, the manager. She made sure we had everything we needed for our Christmas BBQ and was just so accommodating and welcoming. The cleaning crew were also amazing and friendly. Then there’s the beach! Beautiful Wainui beach is a two minute walk away.

Het Tudor Park Motel Spacious with kitchens 1 minute walk to restaurant and shopping centre and Gisborne Hospital ligt in een eigen tuin en biedt accommodatie met eigen kookgelegenheid en gratis WiFi.... SUCH a lovely stay here! Rooms were spacious, very clean. Staff were so so friendly! Wifi was great, no issues with that. About 10 min drive into the main area of Gisborne. Would definitely stay here again!

Esplanade Townhouse ligt in Gisborne, dicht bij naar Waikanae Beach en op 2,6 km van Midway Beach, en heeft een balkon met de stad, een tuin en een terras. The house was absolutely spotless, well equipped and a perfect place for 4 people. The bedding was lovely, the beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent. Lovely views of the river and very near main street.

My visit was for study purpose so couldn't really get to explore the area, but I would love to go back and if at all I am back I would love to be in the same property!!
