Breakfast was delicious, with food made fresh for you - bread rolls straight out of the oven. The was room cleaned every day with towels replaced. The free water was great for us, and a great location too!

Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu has a privileged location, in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores; at walking distance from the best restaurants in Peru, such as: Cevicheria La Mar,... We had only five hours between a flight arriving and being picked up for a coach journey, but this hotel was great, comfortable room and a packed breakfast, reven tho we arrived very late and left very early.
