Hervorheben möchte ich das Personal im Hotel, das durch seine entspannte,freundliche, ehrlich zugewandte Art eventuelle Hemmschwellen gleich abgebaut hat. Nicht nur die Damen an der Rezeption wurden so schnell zu Ansprechpartnern für alle Fragen/Wünsche, die Gäste so bewegt. Die über das Hotel vermittelten Leistungen, Massagen, Ausflüge, Flughafen Transfer waren zuverlässig, gut und preislich sehr fair. Wir haben uns richtig aufgehoben gefühlt und die verbreite gute Laune war ansteckend. Auch das Frühstück a la carte in philippinischen und kontinentalen Varianten ist eine leckere, frisch zubereitete Alternative zu oft angebotenen Frühstücksbuffets bei 30°C. Die Lage vom Hotel zu beiden Stränden vor Ort ist perfekt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

I really like the staff they were so helpful especially the pool bar the bartender Michael and the staff Jose was such a nice company since we couldn’t go to the beach because of the weather he was so nice to entertain us he also offered to guide us to places since we didn’t know where to go and we felt safe as we were all girls we were not so sure about going out just us since we didn’t felt safe at all so when he offered we felt safe when he guided us to places so we enjoyed our Boracay trip because of Michael the hospitality on this hotel is the best they go beyond on what your gonna expect it was such a nice experience thank to Michael and Jose. I will seriously recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Hausherrn persoenlich mit allen Infos ueber die Insel..... Lage perfekt, nahe zum white beach und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Restaurants & shops alles in unmittelbarer Naehe. Gaeste duerfen auch den rooftop pool vom Ocean Club benutzen; Der ist richtig gross und mit Wahnsinns Aussicht. Aber das Beste ist wohl das freundliche, hilfsbereite, ganz liebe Personal inkl. dem Eigentuemer Mr. Peter der sich persönlich und umgehend um alles kuemmert. Meine kleinen Sonderwuensche wie zb Fruehstueck aufs Zimmer - unkompliziert per what's app Wuensche gesendet und 5 Minuten spaeter ist schon Alles da. Da fuehlt sich der Gast wirklich wie ein Koenig. Ich werde sicher wiederkommen.

From private transfer to accommodation, you are treated as VIP! I’ve been to Boracay a few times but this is the BEST hotel experience we’ve had so far. Pros: - Private VIP transfers to & from the airport was seamless. - Buffet breakfast with sea view 😍 (breakfast is different everyday) - Poolside & beachside butler service - Unlimited ice cream & popcorn from 3pm-5pm - So many freebies - tote bag, sanitizer, beach slippers, snack & fruits everyday in your room - Babysitter available - Kid-friendly / senior friendly - Excellent and attentive staff 👏🏼 There is nothing you can fault about the team. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. 10/10

Frühstück war sehr lecker. Man hat eine große Auswahl an traditionellem philippinischem und westlichem Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr, wirklich sehr!, zuvorkommen, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und konnte auf Wunsch jeden Tag zum schlafen gehen vorbereitet werden (Bett vorbeizet zum schlafen gehen, Wasser aufgefüllt). Man hat sich, wie im Paradies, gefühlt. Eine sehr gute Alternative zum sehr vollem White Beach, wo man sich gut zurückziehen kann en entspannen kann. Mit dem e-trike sind es nur 10-15 min bis zur D-Mall.
