We had a clean, well-appointed and very comfortable room with modern amenities and a filtered water station on our floor, meaning we could avoid continually buying bottled water and just fill our own water bottles, which we really appreciated. The biggest highlight of our stay was the staff - everyone at H is fantastic from the airport greeting staff to the drivers and cleaners. Special mention to the incredible Sky, who was so energetic and friendly and full of recommendations and advice about the best way to organise our El Nido tour experiences. It was particularly helped that he had done a lot of the tours himself and could show us his own photos and share his own ideas about what we might like. He frequently checked in on how our stay was going, spent lots of time with us coordinating our activities, and was very responsive via the WhatsApp when we had questions. He deserves a raise, as does everyone here - they work so hard and so well to make sure guests have a great time! The rooftop bar and on-site restaurant are also both friendly, fresh and great value. This is a wonderful hotel, thanks so much for a brilliant stay!

Every time you enter or exit the hotel, all the staff know you by name and are so welcoming. Nilo, the hotel’s manager, personally took us on a run around Lio Beach with some of the team. Val and Cjay were standing-out staff for us and catered for our every need. The hotel is ideally located a short walk away from the centre of El Nido - close enough for a 5 minute walk but far enough to be away from the noise in the evening. The hotel is superbly maintained and the rooms are spacious and modern. There is also a decent gym over the road as a part of the hotel that had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

WiFi is available for free throughout the property. Very nice hotel in the middle of the mangroves. Beautiful and spacious room (our favourite one throughout our holidays) and fantastic service. Amenities were pretty incredible with two pools, two restaurants, etc. Easy to get to town as well.

From the start of our trip at the airport until the day we left the hotel. Hands down to the staff. Par who picked and dropped us off at the airport; Dan who gave us an excellent tour of the room and the hotel; Our drivers Jonathan and Elmer who dropped and picked us up safely to our destinations. Our housekeeper Anamy who kept our room tidy and spotless. All the staff at Piece Lio were exquisite! Every staff member was friendly. I will definitely bring my kids and stay at Piece Lio again the next time we visit El Nido. We were satisfied 100%.☺️

April and her team organized private tours for us and checked in every day to make sure we are ok. The location is very good in a quiet part of the town but 5min away from all the action. We took advantage of the free scooter every day which was extremely convenient. The room has everything you need inside and although the entrance is in front of the bar/reception, was very quiet and private.

Nature around makes it feel like paradise, and the hosts make it feel like home. Since one arrives at the island, one forgets about the rest of the world. The cabins are clean and comfy, and there was a fan. Meals were delicious, and there was plenty of choice from the breakfast to the dinner. The evenings are calm. We enjoyed looking at the stars and the fireflies. They also offer boardgames. One night, we had noisy neighbors. The hotel staff really helped us to deal with this situation and even changed us to another cabin. Everything was easy there.
