The Bathtub we had in our room was great. The fireplace also kept us warm in colder February nights. Good that they had extra blankets available in the room. The kitchen was very clean and very well equipped.

lovely and clean room with attention to detail. Beautiful courtyard with a well, 150+ year old flower tree and cosy spots to sit and relax. the owner beautifully refurbished the house from 1886 himself. He also gives great local recommendation. we can highly recommend to stay at his place!

Great communication with our host, who also sent a lot of information of Almograve, which was very helpful. Spacious and well equipped house with a small garden, which greeted us with a bottle of wine and some sweets. Last, the house is also rentable for just one night, which was perfect for us!

Firstly we had such a warm welcome by the host when we arrived. The room and private shower room was really nice and very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The air con in the room was great too! Shower was powerful which we loved especially after a long hike doing the fisherman’s trail. There was a small kitchen area to use a fridge and to make teas and coffees. This was great for the morning before we set off on our hike. This was the best place we stayed on the entire trail!

The stay in this place was an incredible experience! I even can not imagine such high level of rest. Stuff was exceptionally friendly and supportive. They speak several languages and provided us all the information and help as we requested. Despite the fact the we came pretty late, kitchen was open and we had a dinner. Our room was great, spacious and clean. Everything there is done on a exceptional level, with focus on details. Big playground for kids, swimming pool, padel playgrounds. It is a calm place, well decorated and it provides high level of rest and enjoy. Breakfast was just amazing! The taste of food, fruits and drinks was delicious. This place just opened a year ago and with no doubts this is a great one that we would like to visit again and again.
