Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß/Bahn/Zug zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr toll - jung, dynamisch, sehr sehr freundlich! Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind stylisch und sehr sauber. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön, das Frühstück klein aber fein. Alles was es gibt, ist sehr frisch, schmeckt super und wird ständig nachgefüllt.

We loved every minute of our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade, a free drink at the bar, and bottled water in our room. Our fourth-floor room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with a minibar, kettle, and espresso machine, along with a generous supply of complimentary teas, coffees, and replenished water. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to the reception team, who were knowledgeable, helpful, and provided excellent guidance day and night. The only area for improvement would be the bar service. On one occasion, I was told there was no Grappa, only to find it myself. Another time, I ordered a specific type of Port from the menu but received a different one. A bit more training for the bar staff on available selections would make the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return!

I was with my 8 moth old baby and, in addition to providing a crib as requested, they also made available a baby bath tub without me having to ask. They were also happy to accomodate our request for early check in, which was essential as we arrived at 7am. Also, room is great and spacious.
