Nafi was warm and accommodating, her home and garden are gorgeous and peaceful, and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was easy to find and Nafi even found and greeted us on our walk to make sure we didn't get lost, and it is only a few minutes to walk to any part of the island. The home is right on the water and is surrounded by her incredible garden, and her family is friendly and excellent hosts. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The apartment was fabulous, lots of space, very clean and great air con, which was important for us. Staff were great, facilitating an early check in and even provided us with coffee during our short wait. Couldn't have asked for better. Location was very suitable for us - we were no more than a 20 minute taxi ride away from any sites we wanted to visit.

Le Rysara Hotel se trouve dans le quartier de Jambaars, à seulement 5 minutes des plages de Dakar. the room is large enough, it is very clean, the bed is of excellent quality and there is a duvet. No noise at night, excellent food.

Relaxed, fun atmosphere. (We were made to feel so welcome.) Nothing was a challenge for our host, Elie. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for your stay, and if not, Elie can source it. Also, there was a 5-star cleaning lady who came almost every day. She was very kind and unintrusive, just keeping the apartment in pristine condition. The apartment felt luxurious just as described and looked even better than the pics. We tried many excursions(quad biking, pink lake, lion safari, toursit attractions..are to name a few) with the fantastic, dedicated help of Elie... honestly, we had so much fun. Leaving here feels kind of sad. 100% I would love to return here and to Senegal. There is so much more I'd like to see and do.
