Hotel is brand new with modern design. All is clean and fresh. Excellent service from first day. Kind and helpful bellboy with reception. Nice service in restaurant. Effective houskeeping. Friendly pool bar with special thanks to Alice for kindness and taking care for customer. Valuable facilities like rooftoop pool, gym, bar, restaurant and wi-fi. I would definitely come back again here.

Truly a wonderful & comfortable place to stay and enjoy a memorable vacation in Pattaya. The room where I was staying had an amazing view from the balcony. It had all the amenities which are required for a perfect stay. Experienced a 5 star luxury specially the pool side & the roof top restaurant area was amazing. Another added advantage was the Terminal 21 shopping mall which could be accessed straight from inside the hotel. The staffs were very courteous and friendly. I shall surely select this hotel during any of my future trips to Pattaya.

The customer service was excellent. on arrival we were been greeted by the front staff and there on our smooth transition happened. I would like to give special mention to the door men. Everything is done to have secluded rest. The beach is excellent for kids and for adults. The view from the beach is amazing. We tried another beach in Pattaya, but this in Andaz is way more comfortable to get into the sea and swim. The infinity pool on the beach and pools in the hotel are very cozy and not so crowded. There is a kids club with various activities. We tried fish feeding. The kids loved it. The service and personnel do their best to make feel you comfortable and happy. The design of the hotel and facilities are excellent. The spa is great with Japanese bath ( onsen), Turkish bath and Finish bath. The gym has everything to do a good workout. The restaurants have a great variety of choices. We loved Thai restaurant. We loved our stay at Andaz Pattaya.

Mason was a wonderful experience for me and my partner. The pool villa was large with a nice view of the ocean, comfortable bedding and seating, a beautiful hot tub and bathroom/pool section. The staff were helpful and accommodating, in both the turn down service and anything we requested. The dinner at the hotel being delicious with a nice view of the sunset.
