Hotel is brand new with modern design. All is clean and fresh. Excellent service from first day. Kind and helpful bellboy with reception. Nice service in restaurant. Effective houskeeping. Friendly pool bar with special thanks to Alice for kindness and taking care for customer. Valuable facilities like rooftoop pool, gym, bar, restaurant and wi-fi. Truly a wonderful & comfortable place to stay and enjoy a memorable vacation in Pattaya. The room where I was staying had an amazing view from the balcony. It had all the amenities which are required for a perfect stay. Experienced a 5 star luxury specially the pool side & the roof top restaurant area was amazing. Another added advantage was the Terminal 21 shopping mall which could be accessed straight from inside the hotel. The staffs were very courteous and friendly. I shall surely select this hotel during any of my future trips to Pattaya.

The room is great! Clean, comfortable, and an awesome view of the sea from the large window. The host is also amazing. He's friendly and easy to communicate with should you require any assistance. Lovely friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable , from the moment we checked in till the day we departed.
