The location was excellent, close to tons of restaurant, stores and activities. The room was large and very comfortable, and the staff always very friendly. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The beach right in front of the hotel was practically nonexistent, but walking about a minute to the right you can get to a wonderful beach. The convenience store inside the hotel was also very useful.

Excellent location. Very modern and clean hotel with friendly staff located just a few meters from the ocean. We had a room on the 18th floor with a direct ocean view, so we enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean while sitting on the balcony. We were also able to enjoy live Hawaiian music every night from the sister hotel Halekulani across the street. There is a very good restaurant on site so the food was excellent. There are also really good restaurants in the sister hotel Halekulani and we were able to charge everything to the room from there as well. It was also no problem to extend our stay on the day of check out as our flight was at 9pm. Overall one of the best experiences we had on our travels. Highly recommended.

Wonderful ocean view. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset every evening. Clean and new kitchen equipment. The owner was very kind and we really appreciate all the effort they made to welcome us.

A beautiful property including our room, with excellent service! We were well taken care of on our honeymoon. Also, we forgot a very sentimental and valuable item and when we got in touch the Ritz Management quickly searched the room and got back to us on how to get the item to us as quickly and safely as possible!
