Room was great, quiet, clean and Staten Island gave us some much needed peace each night after being in Manhattan all day. Bus to the ferry was a 2 minute walk from the hotel, transfer times are in sync so no waiting. Host told us where we could buy bus and metro cards from. Lots of information provided by him. The cost is just perfect. 6 colleagues stayed for 3 nights. we did a lot of cooking & enjoyed the stay. beds and linens were super clean and so was the bathroom. The apattment is in basement, but doesn't matter really. There is heater and AC included. 24 hours of hot water. What else can i ask for in a city like NY. Host was super responsive , that was the best part.
