Food has been great and we had a great time there. We just loved everything about this little gem! A perfect choice.

Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

This Montauk motel is opposite the beach, and boat rentals are available a mile away at Fort Pond. The Hither Hills State Park is located 3 miles from the property.

Rooms have a balcony with a sea view, dining area and kitchen. Beautiful, spacious and very well equipped room. We immediately felt very comfortable. Wonderful view of the ocean. Staff very courteous and friendly

Lake George Beach State Park and the Lake George Steamboat Company are 15 minutes’ walk from the hotel. Shopping and outlet stores are also nearby. All staff were excellent. We came to this hotel 15 years ago and it was just as good as we remembered.
