Absolutely in love. I know hidden gem gets thrown around a lot in reviews but this is real. It's away from the main part of Mui Ne. Less than 10mins ride from the Hanh Cafe sleeper bus drop off point. And it is also off the main road. So it nice and peaceful. And when you step in, oh my gawd, the space is truly gorgeous. Multiple rooms scattered around the villa in different configurations and on different floors. Each room is furnished beautifully with a calm and relaxation in mind. My room came with a huge outdoor bath area and huge bathtub too. Each room had a small patio to chill at, mine even came with a hammock. Nice pool to tan at with a small bar by the side. Large breakfast area, and also a lounge area at the front of the property. The staff will check you in and the owner will also drop you a text to give some info. You can rent a scooter with them or have them arrange transport for you. But Mui Ne traffic is easy and safe to navigate via scooter. There's a restaurant less than 200m away, owned by the same owner of the villa, that serves a variety of dishes both local and international. There's a cafe out on the main road if you need your coffee fix. Red Sand Dunes is 5mins away. White Sand Dunes is about 30mins away. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, full-day security and organising tours for guests. The place to be in Mũi Ne. The Host Tu aka Stella and her family are really lovely people. Everything you need is there. They helped us a lot and welcomed us very friendly. Tu showed us the best spots and the communication with her was very efficient. It's our first experience with homestay to live alongside with local family. They got even a pool table and a huge chill area. And you can rent bikes without problems. I have been travelling Asia for 3 months now and this has been my favourite hotel room and favourite bed. The staff were so extremely helpful they helped me organise my bus to meet at the hotel instead of ticket office. 2 pools which are both very clean. Overall an amazing stay here and recommend anyone and everyone to stay here

They also kindly cover my bike everyday from the sun :) The room cleaning is also flexible and is always just done whenever I’m not in the room. The room was super modern and I liked the outdoor bathroom concept.
