The boat was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The cabins were so comfortable and the whole of one wall was glass as was the shower so you could shower watching the world go by. The food was lovely and all of the staff were fantastic, happy and always smiling. Our guide was Binh and he looked after us so well and explained many things from the geography through to culture. We took part in all of the activities: Kayaking, trekking and cycling. The bike ride through the valley on the last morning was very enjoyable. As many others have said already you should go for the 2 nights if budget and time allows. Cruising through the limestone karsts is simply stunning. Unicharm takes you to the south of Cat Ba Island away from other cruise boats so you experience true tranquility. We slept with the curtains open so the first thing we saw in the morning was the stunning view. The sunset was pretty spectacular too.

Everything. They are exceptional. Tom and xuang took very good care of us. Celebrated our anniversary there and it was memorable. Everyone should visit. The room was great and beautiful view from balcony. Took atmost care even though we were vegetarian, they cooked us separate meal every time.
