We enjoyed our stay,the owners were very friendly and helpful at any time.The hotel was across the road and the beach nearby Also it has parking space available (bonus).We definitely will come back.

Wonderful family run mini hotel and restaurant. Everything is built to high standards and well maintained. Great place to relax after a day of driving and why not several night. I also recommend their restaurant, beautifully constructed and delicious food.

Incredible, wonderful, charming place! We have the best experience ever! Our room was like a fairytale, we have an amazing opportunity to see the sunset. Good breakfast, fresh fruits, delicious cheeses. Room was clean and well decorated! Definitely perfect place to feel the nature and agro tourism. Moreover, people who works there are very friendly and really like what they do!

Very lovely hosts! We were welcomed with some drink and a tour of the estate. Lots of cute animals that walk around freely, this instilled a calm and really brought our pulse down. The perfect start of our holiday! The breakfast was the best we had during our whole stay in Albania, everything was home made and home grown. The tomatoes almost tasted like watermelon and the petulla (Albanian breakfast pancakes) were incredible! Thank you Guesthouse Vitoria for your wonderful hospitality!

The staff running this hotel is its gem! At the time we stayed there, we were the only visitors, and we were treated exceptionally well. The lady, who is a cook there, didn't speak English at all, so we couldn't communicate with her (only if using Google Translate sometimes), but she was very attentive to us in terms of paying attention what we didn't eat or drink at the breakfast (I.e., we didn't drink coffee, milk), and next morning she brought very delicious tea and orange juice instead. As for the tea, it happened to be Albanian herbs, that they pick up by themselves, and that lady gifted 2 bunches of that tea to us along with almond nuts! 🫶 They treated us with different kinds of jams and, what was especially thoughtful of them, is to prepare 2 sandwiches, 2 pieces of pumpkin pie and water for us to take to the airport. We left at night as our flight was early in the morning, so they made our breakfast in the evening and left it in the fridge so that we'd pick it up when we left. The man, who works as a waiter, was always helpful and friendly with us, and it was nice to have small talks with him. In terms of the hotel itself, it's simple, authentic, and cozy. The rooms are fully wooden, which gave me a nice feeling of calmness and peace. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower room is small but neat and clean. The hotel is located in a couple of kilometers from the main road and is connected with it by a tiny road. If another car is coming towards you, one of you might need to go a bit backward to find a bit wider spot and be able to pass each other. The location itself is beautiful, quiet, green, peaceful - only nature and a few houses here and there. You'd need a car to get to the nearest store. However, there is a restaurant in the hotel so you can have lunch/dinner there too or buy a bottle of water.

Super friendly owner who waited for our arrival late in the evening. Room was very clean and big. Shower was great, and we loved the balcony (part of the room). Breakfast was amazing!

Our stay at Babanu Guesthouse was truly special. We stayed in a cozy room that used to be a stable of the family-run farm — comfortable, clean, and full of character. Dafina (the daughter, who manages the place) speaks excellent English and gave us great local tips. We felt very welcome and enjoyed learning about the farm and the area including Mrizi i Zanave (the purpose of spending a night in the area on our way to Theth). Breakfast was homemade by the mother and served on a terrace with amazing views. A peaceful, authentic stay with real warmth and hospitality.

The room was very welcoming, clean, fresh and well renovated. Hosts were really nice, fruit and breakfast very good!!

The courtyard of the guesthouse was nice and we could drive the car into the fenced area. The reception was warm and we received watermelon and local pastry upon arrival. The room was clean with air conditioning. Breakfast was a traditional Albanian breakfast. We had dinner at a nearby restaurant on the lake, recommended by the host.

All was good, as described. Location was interesting and unusual. The owner Prenga was very helpful and always asked if all is OK. He also helped us with the airport transfer. Whenever we want to visit this location, we will contact this place again.
