Gohar and Manuk and also their three daughters are real treasures. They are very nice and pleasant and also talented people. They welcomed us not as guests, but as real relatives. Gohar and Manuk's home cooked food was absolutely delicious and Manuk's wine and vodka are world class. In LiViTi, everything is real and wonderful, but the best thing are the hosts. They do everything to make the guests feel great. You should definitely stay at LiViTi! Gohar, Manuk, thank you from the bottom of our hearts dear friends! Warm hugs to you, Lily, Vika and Tina! One of the highlights of my trip to Armenia! The hosts are the nicest couple imaginable, so fun and friendly, I had a wonderful stay here. I was even invited on a foraging trip in the mountains, and was served the delicious foraged greens for breakfast the next day. Not to mention the incredible home made cognac! A wonderful experience. The place itself is in a very quiet location with wonderful views of the mountains, and wonderfully kept clean rooms and facilities.

We stayed one night in Spandaryan House. Rooms are simple but clean. We ate dinner and breakfast and food was delicious! Also, Yura, the host, brought us in Yeghis valley. Beautiful experience. We recommend this guesthouse.

Quiet large room. Very friendly host Samvel met us. He cooked a great breakfast every morning. Upon arrival, the host treated us to a welcome drink and fruit. Samvel gave us many useful tips for continuing our journey. We stayed here for two days. Highly recommended!
