The old building has been maintained /kept up to a high standard. We loved the situation location and how handy is was to the city and the surroundings. The room was large and had all we needed. The room was dark to sleep in, so this was a very big plus to the rating of this stay. The jug with coffee/tea was good but could have had a hot chocolate option. I thought the range of breakfast was exceptional and was very well catered for the traveller. The staff member Linda was so thoughtful and helpful, and went over and above to give us information and help if we needed it. The chocolates in the small lounge were also very thoughtful (and delicious).

The house itself was on top of the hill with a nice view to the bay and surronded with the gorgeous flower garden! The room had the most comfortable beds ever and we loved the bed heating! Dining room had all the essentials for your convenience all day round and at breakfast Nina suprised us every morning with delicious bakes. Nina was very helpful and friendly! She helpes us organize a birthday suprprise for my husband. She even baked us cookies for the road with the most heartfelt note on the day of our departure. We felt pampered! Thank you!!!

Lovely apartment in a quiet and pleasant area with great view over Hobart. Hosts dealt with our travel issues and delayed arrival very helpfully and met us with a great welcome when we arrived. Apartment is very comfortable, second bedroom is smaller and suitable for younger kids but our son who is 20 slept really well on the very large sofa bed. Lovely bread, coffee, beer etc provided when we got there which was much appreciated. Would stay again if we ever make it to Tasmania again.

The Host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast spread was truly impressive, offering a fantastic variety of delicious options. The room itself was immaculate and exceptionally comfortable, with a luxurious bed ensuring a restful night's sleep. The property was incredibly peaceful, and we were delighted to spot kangaroos grazing nearby during the day. The stunning views were an added bonus. This was undoubtedly one of the best stays I've experienced in Australia. I highly recommend this property.
