Great place in a quiet town just outside of Lucerne (about 5 minutes by car/train). There are also some good restaurants near by, and free parking at the B&B- so the location is really fantastic. Silvia is very kind and warm and she makes you feel welcomed. Overall a very good experience.

A wonderfully comfortable place in a lovely neighbourhood by the lake just outside Lucerne. Sunshine and a good breakfast provided on the terrace with superb views is a delightful way to start the day.

The one staff member was very helpful and quite a servant! The room and the bed were large and comfortable. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from Luzern; a busstop is right next to the hotel (literally) and is only about 15 mins into town where it also stops by the train station. You don't have to walk much at all given this. We really enjoyed the sit down breakfast that was included! Selection may have been smaller than some hotels I had been to, but it was clearly more fresh and "homey" than other places.

Lovely Staff willing to help and accommodate. Room was big, and very comfortable. Free parking outside. Chinese restaurant underneath the hotel, and was delicious.

The staff were super friendly and approachable and the pool across the road was a nice bonus plus it is open fairly long hours until ten so can be used before or after dinner. The kebab shop is a good budget food option and the beer at the hotel is not marked up much compared to other places. The room was clean and the location cannot be beaten for the price. The room was basic but looked pretty and was bigger than most rooms in the price range and location.
