Every space is tastefully decorated and radiates a unique charm. In the mornings, we were spoiled with a generous breakfast, full of delicious local products and freshly baked bread. For a more peaceful getaway from Lugano, Morcote was a perfect place to spend the night. What's better than staying in a traditional house when you are in one of Switzerland's most charming villages. Manuela was a fantastic host, although I didn't get to meet her, she was always available via WhatsApp and helped with all the needs. Check-in couldn't have been simpler. The house is beautifully decorated like an antique doll house, I had the attic room with lake view, it was very cozy and also had an air conditioner, the house also have a pretty little garden. The location is also just a few steps from the lakeside. The village itself gives you the vibe of being in one of the towns on lake Como. The walk upto the Chiesa and steps down to the lake from the other side was breathtaking and Parco Scherrer is a gem.

    The kitchen is well equiped. The bathroom is also OK. The matrace is very good: hard enough to support the back. The environment is quiet, no noice from the street. It was very good that they confirmed my reservation in few minutes even in a late hour.

    Room and bathroom are very unique and modern decorated in a quiet mountain village. We had an excellent Breakfast full of locally made food. It is a pleasant stay.
