You get what you pay for. Yes, it's loud, but that's why you pay so much less. Room was spaceous, clean and the bed was comfy. Toilet and shower were good and clean as well. Staff was quite pleasant, too. No complaints.

The entrance to the b & b is nestled between a wine bar and a little bistro but was very quiet, secure and I felt perfectly safe being there on my own. The room was much larger than expected, with a very comfortable bed and lovely outlook. Friendly host, good continental breakfast, and only a short walk to both town and forest. There are several eating options and supermarkets (one organic) close by but also a kitchen if you want to stay in.

Excellent location in Winterthur not in the town centre but close to our friends. Cafe downstairs great and staff were welcoming and helpful even though we spoke no Swiss. Roof top gardens and outside areas great to enjoy the city while having your own space. Really good laundry facilities. And lift to get to your room.

Cute BnB with the village in one side and the beautiful countryside on the other. Once you are there, it is instantly peaceful. Lovely immaculate room with comfortable bed with feather doonas and pillows. Lovely bathroom with cool shower. Generously stocked fridge, coffee, tea and other supplies. Vibrating armchair to relax in and a large tv with many channels in different languages. A little table and chairs. However, the host and the food was the best. Ruedi was helpful, kind and generous. He is a great cook. We enjoyed his soup for dinner so much that we left with the recipe. Definitely eat there. The breakfast was fantastic too. We would go out of our way to go back there!
