The hotel is close to the tram and bus station, everything is within easy reach. If you have business in Strasbourg, this is an excellent option — tram line D goes directly to Strasbourg. The accommodation is comfortable, and the hosts are very kind and helpful. Everything is clean and nice; it’s not new, but it has a certain charming character. They are ready to help — I had a package delivered to the hotel, and the kind hosts received it for me and placed it in my room while I was at work. An invaluable gesture and service.

A beautiful accomodation set among the vineyards! The bus 400 from Achern train station takes you just 20 meters from the front door. The accomodation is walking distance to the bakery and butcher in town as well as lots of great restaurants. We did the Schapsbrunnenweg hike while visiting and loved it a lot. The rooms were very comfortable with a great view. We travelled as a group of friends (3 couples) and we were gives rooms right next to each other, with one room having a big table where we could all have coffee together in the mornings and play cards in the evenings. We also had one couple with their little dog and it was fantastic to be able to bring the dog along for the weekend. We really had a 10/10 experience. We especially appreciated the coffee machine!
