My Dad and his wife visited from Cheshire and had a wonderful time. They loved the grounds, the place was spotless, and Sharon was a fantastic host. The room was amazing and wow, what a view! Sarah was the absolute perfect host- stellar breakfast all prepared for you...hot pastries and bread smells wafting up the stairs Bed extremely comfortable and it was wonderful to have a bath. Situated in a picture perfect sleepy village..Great escape for a couple of days.

Everything was spotlessly clean - sparkling white bed linen and towels - fresh towels each day. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies in the room. Heated towel rail (a lifesaver after getting caught in the rain!). Kitchenette on the landing with cereals, toast, fruit, waffles, etc plus a fridge for guests' use. It is on the main road, so a little road noise, but considering there is a music venue downstairs very little noise from the bar/venue.
