Clashmore House delivered a feeling of well being and relaxation throughout our stay. The owners have done an amazing job keeping the charm and feel of this elegant property. You feel as if you have arrived at a stately baronial home and the welcome and attention you receive is exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic. From the full cooked Scottish breakfast to the pancakes and other delights prepared for your table by the owners. The room we had was amazing. It was exactly what we saw in the pictures and it did not disappoint. A great space which has been well decorated to achieve the look and feel of a room fit for royalty. There has been few rooms we have stayed in that gave us this space and the comfort we experienced. The en-suite bathroom with rolled top bath was just as spacious and tastefully decorated. A good selection of toiletries and products were placed for our use. The main entrance and Hallway are your first wow factor and then you see the breakfast room. The hosts have done amazing with what they have got opened at this time with the rooms and we cannot wait to go back and see how this gem of a find has grown.

When we arrived, the keys were ready to move into the rooms. Very nice atmosphere, nicely renovated rooms. Really clean. We ate at a nice restaurant, to which you can walk. Takes about 10 min. Platform 1864 Breakfast was really good, a lot of different choices. Standard breakfast, not à la carte, but that didn't matter.
