Just perfect. I have Never seen an hotel clean like Thatcher The poppy room is stunning With a king size bed,comfy linen. Amazing bathroom. Paula is very friendly . Spa and swimming pool Amazing. My only regret is to have spent only one night Very good breakfast.

The place is szuper cute, and Gareth is very friendly! We had to write to him in the morning because the bread was moldy, and at the same second I pushed the send button Gareth magically popped into the kitchen!! Shower was perfect, we had a great Time and we left with some takeaway cake from the Cafe!

The Shaftesbury was a quaint little hotel in a charming residential neighbourhood with ample street parking. It is just a short drive to the city centre. The rooms are clean with super comfortable beds. The staff are all fantastic and courteous The breakfast was excellent with cooked eggs, meats, fruit, yoghurt and juices. Had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

It was very quiet, the room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. In town centre and near all amenities. The decor was also very nice. Highly recommend this place.

Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made sure we felt really comfortable. Darren gave us lots of information about the local area and helped with directions! Our room was lovely and cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and you could tell it was all cooked fresh. Our whole stay felt very relaxed in a very homely environment, and we would definitely recommend to anyone!
