This property is ideally located equidistant to the exhibition train stop and the Kelvin Bridge Subway stop, about a 10min walk each way. It is located in a vibrant, trendy part of the city, close to the University and the SEC as well as the Kelvingrove and Hunterian Art Galleries. The rooms are well appointed and suitably grand. But the highlight of this establishment is the personalised breakfast service. Delivered to your table or to your room, it always come with a smile and is always fresh and warm. The veggie haggis is a must try. Special thanks, particularly to Jennifer and Steve for their hospitality. Its this type of service that made me more satisfied with a guest house stay over a commercial hotel chain.

The house is set in beautiful parkland, so quiet and peaceful. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Our host Jacqueline was very welcoming and looked after us well. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast before setting off up the wonderful tree lined driveway. A delightful stay.
