Marie-Claire was the loveliest host I’ve ever met. Staying at the Naight House is like living in a fairytale. There are no staff at the hotel, access is by a code number. The fully equipped kitchen and seating area are excellent and modern. There is plenty of food for breakfast (help yourself) and also a microwave which I used for an evening meal. Kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. I thought it was excellent value.

The breakfast was exceptionally well made, many options to choose from and each one was delicious (yes! Vegetarian too!) The b&b is well maintained by the lovely Mark and his family, the property, the room, the atmosphere, amazing stay The room had all the facilities you could possibly ask for and the bed was comfortable. The area, although seems secluded, is actually extremely nice for walking and discovering all the public footpaths, loads of friendly dogs and gorgeous gardens. Stable Lodge’s website had extremely useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat (I would recommend our picks - kibou Japanese restaurant per food and 270 climbing park, lower&upper slaughter per activity)

This is one of the most beautiful rooms we've stayed in. Breakfast, though billed as Continental is incredible. They've undersold themselves here - the quality and choice is astounding. Perfectly located in a beautiful village and near fantastic sites like the Painswick Gardens and Westonbirt Arboretum. We won't stay anywhere but here when we are next in the area.
