Our room was lovely- spacious and comfortable. The triple room could comfortably sleep 6 as there was a king bed (actually just two twins put together) and two sleeper sofas, making this great for a family. We arrived far past typical check-in since we booked last minute, but a woman helped us right away and brought extra bedding for the sleeper sofa. The sofas were also deep enough to for one person to sleep on without pulling the mattresses out since the back cushions are removable. The room was very clean, and it had been tastefully renovated. There were charming historic details like built-in bookshelves and dormer windows which let in lots of light. There was also a kettle with plenty of options for hot drinks as well as a mini-fridge- the only accommodation on our trip to have one!

Our host was very nice and helpful. We needed information on restaurants and local activities and she gave us clear and helpful directions. She also gave us extra help and information that we didn't know. Her breakfast was outstanding. We could have easily stayed another night.

Unusual location for a farm, being just off the motorway. Once you are used to the roads it is very easy to drive to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Excellent room and breakfast. Good wifi and good price for Scotland. Despite the closeness, there is no problem with the traffic noise.

Breakfast was fantastic, we also enjoyed delicious dinner on both evenings during our stay. Recommend to try treat specials of the day as well. Room was clean and nicely equipped in a modern way. Nothing to complain! In addition, staff is very friendly and polite so you have nothing to worry about :)
